| News 12.01.2015 - this morning, Elena Obraztsova died in a German hospital where she had received medical treatment. Just a few months before, the Bolshoi honoured her 75th birthday with a big gala, where she once again appeared on stage as the Countess in Pique Dame. Rest in peace, dear Elena Vasilyevna, we miss you so much and you will always stay in our hearts!
